A journey through time between history, archaeology and nature
Discover the ancient roots of Val di Non with a guided experience that blends local legends, stories from the past and breathtaking landscapes.
The tour starts at the Rhaetian Museum, where the fascinating “well of time” leads you through artefacts, symbols, and ancient water-related cults and mysterious Rhaetian deities.
From there, walk the famous rock path, carved into the mountain and suspended between vertical rock faces and spectacular views, until you reach the Sanctuary of San Romedio – a peaceful and spiritual place nestled in nature.

Important information
- The activity takes place with a minimum number of participants.
- Meet the guide in front of the Rhaetian Museum. Please arrive 10 minutes early so the tour can start on time.
- Together with the guide, you’ll visit the museum and explore fascinating aspects of Rhaetian culture.
- Then continue on foot along the scenic rock path to the Sanctuary of San Romedio, which you can visit freely.
- We recommend comfortable shoes and suitable clothing.
- If you prefer not to walk the same path back, you can use the shuttle service from the Sanctuary to Sanzeno’s main square (a short walk from the meeting point). Fee applies.
