From apple to glass: discover how juice, cider and vinegar are made at Lucia Maria Melchiori Cider House.
The journey begins with the story of the Melchiori family and their passion for the apple, before taking you into the heart of the company to discover how an apple from Trentino-Alto Adige is transformed into different products, through processes, techniques and know-how passed down over time. During the visit, you will follow the various stages of apple processing and transformation, getting to know a production chain that places high-quality raw materials, the local area and respect for the environment at its heart. And, of course, there will be a tasting: a small tasting of Melchiori products will allow you to discover the result of this journey, right in your glass!
