Not far from Castel Valer stands the graceful Castel Nanno. It can be recognised by its unmistakable shape, made up of a series of overlapping square elements: the central tower, the imposing central keep, the four watchtowers and the crenellated walls around it.
It is the perfect place to relax and look around, which is why we organise exclusive barefoot picnics in the gardens of Castel Nanno. You will find a blanket spread out on the grass in the shade of an old fruit tree and a wooden box containing the packed lunch you chose when you booked. You will then be free to visit the castle in the early afternoon, accompanied by your guide.

- This experience is subject to a minimum number of participants.
- We recommend that you leave your car in the town of Nanno at the municipal depot ("deposito comunale", a pink building with parking space) in Via Enrico Bergamo 38, a 5-minute walk from the castle.
- When you arrive at the castle you will find soft blankets and pretty little wooden boxes in the garden with your name and your picnic
- The picnics are organised by the restaurants in Val di Non
- At the time of booking, you can indicate any intolerances and allergies.
- In the large park of Castel Nanno there are many places to sit in the cool shade of the walls and under the old fruit trees.
- Visitors are advised to wear comfortable footwear and suitable clothing for the castle.
