The Fondo Kneipp Trail is located in the historic "Giò a l'Aca" district and offers a peaceful place to enjoy a wellness break through the benefits of flowing water. Walking barefoot through the pools, alternating between cool water and gentle movement, provides a relaxing and refreshing experience, especially on warm summer days.
The trail consists of a series of pools fed by running water, where visitors can walk barefoot according to the principles of the Kneipp method. The combination of cool water and movement promotes a pleasant sense of well-being, making this a simple and natural way to relax and recharge.
The area has been designed as a quiet and welcoming space, inviting visitors to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with nature.
To preserve the quality of the site and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, the trail may only be used barefoot. Visitors are kindly asked to use the trail calmly, avoiding running, diving, or placing stones, toys, or other objects in the pools or stream. For hygiene reasons, animals are not allowed in the water. Bicycles, scooters, and other vehicles must be left in the designated parking areas outside the site.
As this is a place dedicated to relaxation, visitors are requested to behave respectfully by avoiding loud noise and disturbances, allowing everyone to enjoy this peaceful setting. The Kneipp Trail is open until 9:00 pm (21:00). The entire area is monitored by video surveillance to ensure visitors' safety and compliance with the site regulations.
