Pleasant flat and sunny walk with new panoramic views of the famous Sanctuary of San Romedio.
Another way to combine a pleasant walk with a visit to the most famous Sanctuary in Trentino. The word Lez in dialect means irrigation channel: the route actually follows an old aqueduct trail built over 200 years ago that cuts across the mountain at mid-height with new views of the Sanctuary of San Romedio. The walk starts as a wide dirt road before narrowing a bit and having two sections protected by metal railings. Just the right touch of adventure to encourage children to walk!
The proposed route completes a loop by connecting two Lezi: the Lez of Malgolo and the Lez of San Romedio. The path narrows in some places and is not suitable for strollers. Those with children can stop on the way back at the large playground in the village of Malgolo, which also has a shelter and a bar.
