This canyon is the largest in the Val di Non. The route is ideal on summer days and those who want can push on to the cool Tret waterfall.
The route descends to the bottom of the canyon where the Rio Novella flows, then climbs the opposite side on a panoramic rocky ledge equipped with handrails. This section of the route is very panoramic but exposed, so we recommend reading the description carefully.
Ideal hike in summer because the wall descending to the canyon is shaded in the morning while the ledge ascending the opposite side goes into shade at 1 p.m.
