A route suitable for everyone that climbs up to the ruins of Castel San Pietro with a very special view of the famous Castel Thun.
The route crosses a beautiful beech forest before entering a narrow canyon just before the final ramp leading to the ruins.
It is worth stopping to visit Castel Thun and to linger in its gardens to catch sight of the ruins of Castel San Pietro high above.
