The Val di Non offers a host of walks in the beaten snow to tackle with hiking boots only!
The mountains of the Val di Non are packed with plenty of easy and flat walks. These walks can also be tackled in winter because we beat the snow every time it snows. That means we can go for a walk during the warmest hours of the day and stock up on sunshine and fresh air.
If you’ve got kids, bring a sled!
These beaten tracks are perfect for a simple walk and to spend time outdoors with children. When we go for a walk with our children, we always bring a sled or bob-sleigh. That way, on the flattest stretches, we can pull the little ones along and they can have lots of fun when we encounter a few little slopes along the way! The walks listed below mostly wind through large open meadows and are specifically the ones where we used to sleigh ourselves when we were little!
Here are the itineraries in the Val di Non to walk in the beaten snow and enjoy winter away from the crowds!
