Wellness in the Val di Non

After a week at work, I need to unwind and get away from everything, do you feel the same? At these times, I escape to one of the hotels or agriturismi, farms offering accommodation, in the Val di Non which also have a wellness centre: here the key words are silence, peace and relaxation! 

Close your eyes and just imagine: the soft grass under your feet, the crisp mountain air and a heated swimming pool waiting just for you, after a day walking among the canyons, castles and lakes, this is just what you need!

Here in the Val di Non there are specialist hotels that welcome you, pamper you and provide you with the relaxation that you are looking for. I know them well and often visit them because many are also open to non-residents. While I’m there, I spoil myself with restorative massages performed by trained hands, I treat myself to a relaxing sauna or I dive into the swimming pool and enjoy the spectacular sight of the Maddalene range or the Brenta Dolomites: marvellous!

The thing I love the most, however, is an outdoor hot tub, even in the winter when there’s snow lying all around, basking in the spectacle of the starry sky above me. Even time I do it, I realise just how beautiful this land is where we live. So, do you fancy joining me for some relaxation?
