Do you know Fiorinda? It is the apple blossom festival in the Val di Non, a festival dedicated to the arrival of spring which brings its sweet scents and beautiful colours to all parts of the valley!
When is the best time to visit the Val di Non? I would definitely recommended the spring to see the unique spectacle of the apple blossom. At this time of year, the whole valley changes and there is an explosion of colours and fragrances with billions of white buds on the apple trees that transform the landscape into something really special.
To celebrate the apple blossom, a festival was created: Fiorinda. The festival is held in the hamlet of Mollaro, a little corner of the Predaia plateau, and is suitable for all ages. Bring your whole family; the children can enjoy bike rides through the orchards in bloom, workshops and a play area. And what about the grown-ups? We can always enjoy the food because at Fiorinda there are traditional Val di Non dishes to taste, as well as a flower market, guided tours of the valley’s castles and the Melinda apple cooperative. In short, we have something for everyone!
