The Rossi d’Anaunia distillery is located in an old house dating back to 1886, in the historic centre of Revò. The Rossi family calls their company “widespread distillery” as this house is made up of several buildings that combine the family's life with their work and passion. On the one hand there is the distillery with the traditional glittering copper alembic, on the other hand the company headquarters with the tasting room and finally the Rossi family's house.The production of grappa and distillates is of the highest quality: single-varietal grappas give a surprising clarity of flavors, the use of fresh marcs in traditional water bath alembics guarantees the quality of the distillates. Finally, the resting of at least 24 months in wooden barrique of some grappas, which is managed wisely.
The distillery is open for tastings and for the purchase of grappa and distillate.

At the end of the visit, you can purchase the distillery’s products in the small on-site shop.
