A small family-run farm that opens its doors to share stories, curiosities, and insights into its products and the breeding of the Grigio Alpina cattle, an ancient local breed from Trentino-Alto Adige and a Slow Food Presidium.
Sicherhof Farm is located in Romeno, overlooking the vast green meadows of Alta Val di Non. Here, the Rosati family raises Grigio Alpina cattle: Daniele and Damiano pay close attention to the wellbeing and feeding of their animals, which are nourished exclusively with forage grown in the local meadows, complemented with a small amount of certified organic cereals. All this to produce sustainable, high-quality milk and meat.
