An experience combining nature, knowledge and taste. Foraging is an invitation to observe the landscape with new eyes and to recognise the plants that grow naturally around us.
Through guided identification of wild herbs and an ethnobotanical interpretation, the expert leads the activity with insights drawn from reference books and texts. The outings take place in areas linked to biodiversity, carefully selected and to be respected, with an educational and mindful approach. A journey that invites reflection on the origin of taste and the connection between nature and food.
