Val di Non, synonymous with history, culture, and farming tradition. Located in the green heart of western Trentino, it is a vast orchard to admire especially in the spring, when everything is tinged with white. The agriturismo La Canonica is located here, in Brez, and was created to focus on the cultivation of apples, juicy and delicious in its various varieties (especially Melinda, the only Italian DOP). Subsequently, the farmhouse, which originally was a parsonage, was renovated: today, guests of the property stay in comfortable apartments or spacious wooden rooms, and enjoy delightful breakfasts made with farm products, featuring fresh pastries, apple juice, and genuine homemade jams. Dog friends or small pets are welcome. Guests have access to a large enclosed garden with a barbecue and deck chairs.
