The shop is a must-stop to discover and purchase the full range of Melchiori products: from ciders and vinegars to apple juice, up to beers made from barley and hops.

The shop is affiliated with the Trentino Guest Card, which guarantees a 10% discount on all Melchiori Shop products.
Ristorante Sidreria Melchiori: taste and innovation
A welcoming environment where you can experience the most authentic soul of Val di Non. Here, traditional Trentino cuisine is celebrated through classic recipes revisited in a modern way, enhancing excellent raw materials and locally sourced ingredients. Each dish is a tribute to the flavors of the valley, reinterpreted with creativity. The true heart of the experience remains cider, the signature drink of the house: at the center of the room stands a striking barrel from which guests can pour their own glass. A perfect meeting of local apple aromas, convivial rituals and gastronomic innovation.

Discovering Sidreria Melchiori: a tour of taste and traditionA fascinating journey into the heart of local production to discover how excellent products are created. The experience begins with the story of the Melchiori family, a narrative of passion and deep connection with the land.
The experience includes:
- Visit to the production area to observe all stages of processing, from apple pressing to the final packaging of juice, vinegar and cider.
- The Brewery: an immersion into the aromas of malt and hops to discover the secrets of mountain beer production.
- The Tasting: the tour ends with an unmissable sensory experience. You will taste the refined Cuvée Cider, Renetta Apple Cider, pure Apple Juice and the distinctive BalsaCrema, a perfect synthesis of history and quality.

At Sidreria Melchiori, the tradition of Tortel di patate becomes even richer. Alongside the classics—our selected cured meats, local cheeses, crunchy cabbage and borlotti beans—this season we bring to the table a special guest: fresh seasonal dandelion.
