Mountain dairies and huts of Val di Non are our favourite destinations for mountain excursions. There are mountain huts that are easy to reach, others that require a beautiful high-altitude hike, and mountain dairies specialised in the production of delicious bio mountain cheese.
What all our mountain dairies and huts have in common, however, are the large green spaces that surround them. Here you can sit quietly and enjoy a good lunch in the open air or, why not, on a blanket in the middle of a meadow.

Rifugio Oltradige - Überetscherhütte
Refuge with a panoramic view over Val d’Adige starting from the climbing path of Monte Roen. The refuge is open for lunch from 18 May until the beginning of November. For evening meals booking is required.
