Mountain dairies and huts of Val di Non are our favourite destinations for mountain excursions. There are mountain huts that are easy to reach, others that require a beautiful high-altitude hike, and mountain dairies specialised in the production of delicious bio mountain cheese.
What all our mountain dairies and huts have in common, however, are the large green spaces that surround them. Here you can sit quietly and enjoy a good lunch in the open air or, why not, on a blanket in the middle of a meadow.

Malga di Cloz
It is located along the trekking paths of the Maddalene mountain farms. In March, April and May the malga is open at weekends. Open on Easter and Easter Monday. Closed on 25th April and 1st May. Open on 2nd June. From 10th June to 15th September open every day. Reservations are required, please always contact the managers to check the opening times.

Malga di Malosco
The alpin hut is easily reachable by foot from Regole di Malosco and from the Passo Mendola.The malga is open everyday from 12th June to 24th September.

Another mountain farm along the Maddalene trekking path. The malga is open from Thursday to Sunday. From mid-May to October is open every day at lunch and in the afternoon.

Malga Kessel Untere Kesselalm
A lovely mountain farm which resembles Heidi’s mountain hut. The farm is open on Easter and Easter monday (please contact the managers) From 1st June to 1st November is open everyday.
